Wellness Center

Sanford Sheldon Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art Wellness Center to help maintain and enhance the physical well-being of the people served by Sanford Sheldon Medical Center. The Wellness Center also provides general inpatient and outpatient wellness services.

Hours of Operation

24/7 Facility Access - You can now purchase a 24/7 Access Card for a one-time fee of only $15 for a single card, $10 for a second card (couples), and $7.50 for each additional family member 16 years old or older. This fee is in addition to your monthly or annual membership fee, and enables you to use the facility during non-staffed hours (nights, weekends, holidays, etc.).

• Periodic Competitions and Incentive Programs (with prizes awarded)
• Optional Personalized Exercise Prescription developed by Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer or Physical Therapist ($20 to members, $40 to non-members for 3/4 hour session)
• Seminars on Variety of Topics (Stress Management, Nutrition, Osteoporosis, etc.) , held periodically
• Qualified Staff – including Certified Personal Trainer/Physical Fitness Specialist, Certified Health Promotion Director, Licensed Physical Therapists, Licensed Massage Therapist
